The registration for the XXII EURALEX International Congress is now open:
Each submission must include at least one author who will present on-site and who has paid the registration fee.
To qualify for the early-bird rate, the registration must be completed by 17 July 2026. The registration fee includes full lunch on the three congress days, a welcome reception, and all coffee breaks.
Payment is processed through the registration system; please follow the steps provided. If you require an invoice issued in the name of your institution only (without your personal name), please contact us at euralex2026@oeaw.ac.at with your details (institution, address, VAT number of the institution, and the fee category you wish to pay – see below).

* This fee includes EURALEX membership until the end of the next congress. Please note that this membership category does not include a subscription to IJL or the OUP benefits.
** The reduced rate for EURALEX members is available to participants who have paid their membership fees by 31 January 2026 via the OUP website.
*** This fee does not include EURALEX membership. For student participants, proof of student status will be required.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations received before 1 August 2026 will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of € 30.
Cancellations received between 1 August 2026 and 1 September 2026 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 1 September 2026.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to euralex2026@oeaw.ac.at .
