Paper Presentations
In each session room, a presenter laptop (Windows) will be provided. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick and upload it to the laptop during the break beforehand, so we can start on time. Please note that presentations must be given from the provided presenter laptop, since the sessions will be streamed, and all recording and streaming equipment is set up only for that laptop.
Posters
Poster presentations will take place in the entrance hall as well as on the first floor. Posters will be displayed on poster boards measuring 116 cm x 146 cm (w x h); we therefore recommend A0 portrait format. Beyond the size limit, there are no specific formatting requirements – the design is up to the authors.
Software Demos
Software demos will take place in one of the seminar rooms at the same time as the poster presentations. Please bring your own laptop for your demonstration. For each demo, we will provide an additional monitor (HDMI) so passers-by can see it more easily. If you are using a Mac (or any laptop without a native HDMI port), please make sure to bring the appropriate adapter. How you prepare it is entirely up to you – for example, a short slide presentation or simply presenting your tool live.
