EURALEX 2026 Grants and Financial Support
Thanks to the support of EURALEX and the A. S. Hornby Educational Trust, EURALEX 2026 is able to offer a limited number of grants to facilitate participation in the congress. These grants are intended to reduce financial barriers and to support broader participation, especially for students, early-career researchers, and delegates with limited institutional funding or from low-income countries.
Tanneke Schoonheim Grants
Up to eight participants will receive a grant covering the full conference registration fee (Early Bird).
A. S. Hornby Trust Grants
Up to eight participants will receive a grant covering the full conference registration fee (Early Bird).
Application Procedure
Applicants interested in one of the grant schemes are asked to submit their application by email as one single PDF file.
The application should include:
- a short motivation letter
- a short academic CV
- proof of student or institutional status, where applicable (with stamp & signature of 2026)
Applications should be sent to euralex2026@oeaw.ac.at with the relevant subject line.
Selection Criteria
Applications will be assessed on the basis of the following criteria:
- country of origin
- presenter at EURALEX 2026
- EURALEX membership
Important Dates
- Application deadline: 15 June 2026
- Notification of results: 3 July 2026
Please note: In case you are not awarded a grant you will still have time to profit from the Early Bird registration fee (ends on 10 July 2026).
